License Verification & Network Usage

Our Assetto Corsa kart mods use online license verification and require an active internet connection while the product is in use.

When the product is used, a limited amount of technical data is transmitted to our server for the sole purpose of validating the license. This data includes:

  • Order or license identifier
  • Non-personal, pseudo-random machine identifier

No personal data is collected.
No files, folders, or contents of the user’s system are accessed.

The products cannot access any data outside their own installation directory and their own storage folder.

Purpose of Data Processing

The transmitted data is used exclusively to:
  • Verify license validity
  • Track the number of active machines per license
  • Detect clear cases of license misuse (e.g. simultaneous use on multiple machines, commercial use on personal licenses)

The data is not used for tracking, profiling, advertising, or analytics.

Data Storage

License-related data is stored on our servers in database form and is retained only for as long as necessary to manage license validity and prevent misuse.

Third Parties

No data is shared with third parties.

Accepted returns and license deactivation

If a discretionary refund is approved under our returns and refunds policy, the license tied to that order is deactivated on our servers. The mod will no longer pass license verification and cannot be used after the refund is processed.

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), users have the right to:
  • Request information about stored data
  • Request correction or deletion of license-related data
