Returns and refunds policy

Piereligio Mods sells digital downloads and license keys for Assetto Corsa mods. Refunds are uncommon in the modding world: once a file is delivered, most authors have no practical way to know whether you keep using it, so they rarely offer refunds at all.

We can consider discretionary refunds in the cases described below, because our mods use online license verification, so we will deactivate the license the a return is eventually approved. That is not an automatically granted right: each request is reviewed against the criteria on this page. Products with a free demo

If a product page offers a free demo, refunds are generally not available. You can evaluate compatibility and driving feel before buying the full license.

Discretionary refunds

For products without a free demo, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a discretionary refund review. Approval is not guaranteed. Each request is reviewed manually.

Examples of situations we may consider for a refund:

• You bought the wrong platform or product variant
• Your PC cannot run the mod adequately (performance, stability, or compatibility issues on your hardware)
• You realize the mod is not suitable for your input setup (for example keyboard or gamepad only, while the product expects a wheel)
• You want to switch to a different kart or mod in our catalog instead

Feedback vs refunds

We welcome constructive feedback on many aspects of our mods (handling, features, content, usability, and more). When your suggestions align with our direction, we use them to improve future updates. Please share ideas with us, even if you are not asking for a refund, and we will consider them for future updates.

Subjective preferences alone are unlikely to qualify for a refund when the product works as intended on your system (for example, disagreeing with physics tuning, which has been extremely rare in practice). Performance or compatibility problems on your PC are a different case and may qualify for a discretionary refund review.

Explain your situation clearly when you write to us. If a refund is granted, payment is refunded through the original payment method when possible, and the associated license is deactivated as described in the license checking and privacy policy.
